Most organizations launch change without assessing whether their system can hold it. The Change Alignment Lab™ surfaces exactly what's missing — and what to do about — before it becomes a crisis.
When initiatives stall, most organizations double down on communication. We diagnose the structural and human pressure points that communication alone can't fix.
Most organizations:
Launch change without assessing capacity
Mislabel resistance as attitude instead of pressure
Over-communicate vision while under-resourcing execution
Escalate conflict unintentionally during stress
The Change Alignment Lab™ offers:
Structural clarity and human insight — simultaneously
Data and lived experience — both treated as evidence
Strategy and relational intelligence — in one engagement
Accountability without shame — for leaders and teams
Each phase builds on the last. We don't skip to strategy before the pressure is named, and we don't name pressure without a plan for what to do with it.

No. In fact, many clients come in with initiative overload rather than one stalled project. The diagnostic is designed to surface which initiatives deserve resources and which need to be paused or restructured before more investment is made.
The engagement is designed to work around your team's capacity, not against it. Phase 1 interviews are scheduled across 2-3 weeks. The Phase 2 Lab is a single concentrated session. Phase 3 is asynchronous with check-ins.
That misalignment is often the first thing the diagnostic surfaces, and it's entirely normal. We've worked with leadership teams where the engagement itself became the mechanism for surfacing disagreements that had been stalling execution for months.
SDI 2.0 is included in full engagements and central to the motivational layer of the diagnostic. For organizations where that isn't possible, we use our proprietary Motivational Drivers & Values Alignment Profile™ as an equivalent instrument.
Yes. The Change Pressure Scan™ is a standalone 2-week version of Phase 1. Most clients who complete the Scan move into the full lab, but there's no obligation to do so.
A 30-minute discovery call helps us both determine if this engagement is the right fit, and what the right scope looks like for your organization.
